Cebu Pacific may not be the best airline here in the Philippines but they offer the best rates. Oh no! SeaAir planes are small and I haven't tried flying with them either. Next time, stick to Philippine Airlines =) Plaza Athenee is luxurious.... years ago, I stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel and I was completely clueless where it was located because I'm on a package tour so I relied on the tour guide to take me to places. If anyone has first hand experience with this hotel, leaving a comment would be very helpful. You will find so called "joiner fees" for hotels that do charge run anywhere between 500 and 1500 Baht.
