My reason for staying was to see a pet specialist at thonglor pet hospital. The hotel manager knowing the condition of the dogs health would hand carry my dog to the room. I was completely forgotten about it was all about the dog. Best if you get the bottom floor room which has garden the dog can run around and do their business. When you call their "customer support" line, you get an automated menu announcement. If you have your Agoda booking number that you would have received in the conformation email, you can proceed on the phone call, otherwise you cannot.
