1 – Filled 6 nights stay in a hotel
2 – My wife said, better fill 3 we'll see there
3 – Went back changed to 3 filled card details, for some reason apeared still 6
4 – Didn't purchase, I rememberred I have an account in Agoda, I signed in with the purpose to go back and change it again to 3 nights
5 – Clicking sign-in it purchased the 6 nights
6 – Called agoda all the numbers busy every time
7 – Talked to the hotel, I tols them I want only 3 nights, they say OK but cancel from Agoda
8 – After 3 days Agoda replied by email that the hotel must agree but they charged the full amount, and I told that the hotel already agreed just write them an email or call them.
9 – They never called them or write them.

The issue is that I never clicked on purchase, they never bothered on solving the issue, the charged the full amount.
